S&P 500 – closed at: 2995 (up 10 pts)
NASDAQ – closed at: 8207 (up 22 pts)
NIKKEI – closed at: 21046 (down)
GOLD – closed at: $1,445 (up)
The Dow Jones managed to reverse an intraday fall of around 150 points to finish up on the day. Investors appear to be betting the Fed will deliver that rate cut. The question now is, by how much?
Earning season reports appear, so far, to be better than analysts forecasts. S&P 500 regaining lost ground to close at: 2995
I’m beginning to wonder whether I should take any notice of ‘analysts guesses’ anymore?
